We finally have everything booked, and we are all set. This will be our first trip using fastpass +, which brings a new twist to our planning. 

Checklist is complete

Hotel - Wilderness Lodge Villas  (We have wanted to stay here for a while)

Disney Magical Express

Dining Reservations - we are scaling back on the sit down resturants this trip, but have Sci-Fi (breakfast w/ Star Wars characters) , Biergarten (our DS son just started taking German his freshman year of HS) , Be Our Guest reservations.

Fast Pass Plus -  I found this to be pretty easy to use, once I got all the account stuff created and linked.  Both me and DW had created a DS inside of our own accounts, one had his AP, one had his hotel stay on it. To fix this problem, we created DS his own Disney account, and then linked our accounts to his, which merged them all into one. From there we were able to pick our Fast Passes. I have to say its nice knowing I already have FP for Toy Story Mania and wont have to make the mad dash just to get in line for a Fast Pass. So far only minor issues

  • Wish we could choose less then 3 FPs initally. The night we get in (we get in late) I was able to score a FP for Seven Dwarves Mine Train, but had to pick 2 more FPs for rides we probably wont make it to. Minor complaint but how many others are booking FPs with no intent to use them?)
  • When your picking your 3 rides it gives you a couple of option. Its not obvious at the time, but if your looking for a specific time, you have to choose an option, then it gives you the oppurtunity to change times on each ride indvidually

Harambe Nights - kind of pricey, but really looking forward to this event. My Mom is going with us and her favorite is Festival of the Lion King, its hasnt announced its reopening date yet, so this will be a great for her.  If you dont know about this its a special event requiring a seperate ticket."Celebrate world-class theatrical entertainment alongside a sophisticated culinary experience as you immerse yourself in the story of The Lion King like never before.  " More Info here 

Towncar to Cruise (wanted to get their earlier then Disney Transport)

Disney Dream 4 night cruise. My DW and I took our first cruise for our 20th anniversary back in August, and fell in love with it, so we decided to book a 4 night cruise to end this vacation. This will be my DS and Moms first cruise and they are really excited, neither has ever seen clear ocean water, Castaway Cay here we come!
